Missions
Jesus
is setting the captives free all around the world; He is freeing people from
their addictions and bondages. Western society is not the only place where we
encounter drug addiction. It is also a problem in the communities where Empart
church planters are sharing the Gospel. Church planters are encountering people
with drug addictions as they take the word of salvation to previously unreached
people. Drug addicts in these communities are using similar drugs to those used
in western cultures, where they are available. There are also reports of people
using locally sources of addictive substances, with stories like people smoking
dried lizards. However as drug addicts in these communities are encountering
Jesus and accepting Him as their Lord and Saviour they are being set free from
their drug addictions. - Our prayer and financial support for Empart church
planters provides a vital contribution towards people in unreached communities
being saved and set free from their addictions and bondages. Wellspring missions
is making a difference. We are playing an important role in carrying out the
great commissions. Through our contribution we are “making disciples of all
nations and baptising in name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy
Spirit” and captives are being set free. Supporting missions makes a
difference for Jesus.

UKRAINE MISSIONS TRIP REPORT 2006 "The war between Israel and Lebanon began just after we arrived in Ukraine. Emma and I did not know it was occurring until Ps. Eric mentioned it during one of our phone calls. We were only about the distance from Sydney to Brisbane away from the war zone." Ps. Helen Aaron (Click here to read the full report) |
